Plan a gradual dog food transition
- Choose a start date and name the current and new foods. Food names label the schedule; the tool does not assess their suitability.
- Choose 4–28 days. The seven-day example uses two days each at 25%, 50%, and 75% new food, then 100% on the final day. Other durations stretch these stages.
- Review the example with the care advice you have received, then print or download it.
A worked example
Starting a seven-day example on December 29 produces dates through January 4. Day one shows 75% current food and 25% new food.
